O my God, I am heartily sorry for having offended You;
and I detest all my sins because of Your just punishments,
but most of all, for offending you my God, who are deserving of all my love.
I firmly resolve, with the help of Your grace,
to sin no more and to avoid the near occasions of sin. Amen

Senor mio Jesucristo, Dios y Hombre verdadero,
me pesa de todo corazon de haber pecado,
porque he merecido el infierno y he perdido el cielo.
Sobre todo porque te ofendi a Ti, que eres bondad infinita.
Propongo firmamente, con Tu gracia, enmendareme y evitar las ocasiones de pecado,
confesarme y complir la penitencia.
